Refund Policy

1. Standard Products
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a standard, non-customized product, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
2. Custom Jewelry
Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, these items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
