Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Exchange
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for standard jewelry items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal or higher value within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all certificates and tags included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, and pieces showing signs of wear or alteration by a third party cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Initiating an Exchange
Please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return or exchange process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
